As is often the case with government-commissioned orders, the terms of reference included just one phrase — ‘A clip for the prevention of domestic corruption.’

We developed a few concepts, and the customer opted for the one with the code name Hands.

We designed a storyboard, found a shooting site, prepared props, and just a few days after the shooting, the film was broadcast on a regional TV channel.
